How to install the correct USB RNDIS driver for the WlanPi

Windows 10 installs sometimes the wrong Driver for the WlanPi.

If your WlanPi is listed as a Com Port Device, see the image, then you need to install another driver for it.

Step 1
Download the correct WlanPi RNDIS Driver from the link below and extract the file:
https://www.helge-keck.com/downloads/rndis_driver.zip


Step 2
Double click the COM Port device, switch to the Driver tab and click Update Driver

click Browse my computer for driver software

Step 4
select the folder you just extracted from Step 1 and click Next

Step 5
Your WlanPi should now be recognized as a Network Adapter, thats it :-)
