The Channel Utilization is only available if the AccessPoint broadcasts the needed Information. It is possible that None of the APs you see uses it

i think i have found and fixed the Problem. WinFi Shows now in the Interface Manager the Interface Description as well. In your case there wasnt a Interface Description and this caused the Problem.
