Instead of plotting weaker (front of graph) to stronger (back of graph)...plot stronger (closer to 0 dBm) in the front of the graph, and weaker (closer to -100 dBm) in the rear of the graph.
Reason:
The reason is that stronger signals (e.g. -46) are physically closer to the user, but when the 3D visualization is first loaded, they are visualized in the rear of the graph (conceptually further away).
